Therapeutic Bodywork and Massage Websites ~ Therapy Sites

There is much confusion over the differences between bodywork and massage. Popularly, therapeutic bodywork implies some deep body changes, whereas massage implies a feel-good pleasurable experience that is usually only temporarily transformative. In fact, there are "easy feel-good" bodywork therapies as well as deep-tissue massages which can effect major inner transformations. Which are you looking for? Read on their websites what the bodywork/massage practitioner has to say about their methods, whether they consider them therapy or transformative or just pleasureable. By all means, ask a potential massage/bodywork person about this topic. If you are interested in therapy, then I suggest also asking about emotional releases. I think many bodywork therapies are not very effective because of a lack of such emotional releases. I have written more about this: Bodywork Therapy
