A comparison of the effectiveness of Valtrex and Acyclovir:
A double-blind, 12-month, placebo- and active-controlled study enrolled immunocompetent adults with a history of 6 or more recurrences per year showed essentially the same results for Acyclovir and Valtrex, with recurrence rates of about 35% in 6 months and 46% in a year. Recurrence-free results happened 55% of the time during 6 months and 34% during 12 months time. Therefore, the choice for one or the other drug really will depend upon you and your body's individual responses.

Daily Scripture

Psalms 17:13 Arise, O Lord, disappoint him, cast him down: deliver my soul from the wicked, which is thy sword:

Psalms 17:14 From men which are thy hand, O Lord, from men of the world, which have their portion in this life, and whose belly thou fillest with thy hid treasure: they are full of children, and leave the rest of their substance to their babes.

Psalms 17:15 As for me, I will behold thy face in righteousness: I shall be satisfied, when I awake, with thy likeness.

Excerpt from the book Finding Your Soul in the Spirituality Maze:   "My search for "different" Buddhist interpretations led me to David Brazier's The Feeling Buddha. Brazier provides alternate explanations for some of Buddha's teachings, particularly the four noble truths. His explanations not only make more sense to me than conventional Buddhist teachings, but they also fit well with my criteria of accepting what is and non-attachment."   Continued here - free read.
