Please use this book in your own way and with your own timing. Follow your own impulses. One common way is to read only a few pages at a time and let it go for a day or two.
Some of you will wish to immediately "check out" what I have to say about your favorite spirituality tool/system - to do this, it is easiest to use the index at the back of the book. Or you might prefer to start with the group of tools that I have found particularly useful (see Chapter 6). Others might start with many of the spiritual traps I point out in Chapter 5. If New Age spirituality is new to you, then you might benefit from starting with Chapter 4.
Enjoy the process. Laugh at yourself and at me, seeing the humor involved with your own traps, with life in general and with the ideas presented in this book. You may be bothered by something I say. If so, I suggest that one of your Earth School lessons has come to the fore and that you have growth-work to do to get beyond the bothered-ness.
